The owner of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafe-suisse.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.cafe-suisse.ch\">Caf\u00e9 Suisse<\/a><\/strong> in Bex is writing a new page in her history, starting with the decoration of the premises. Although the restaurant is due to reopen in March, no information has yet been released about the concepts the chef plans to bring to the fore.
