A new page has been turned with the announcement of the sale of the three restaurants (including Alma<\/a><\/strong> and Khora<\/a>)<\/strong> of the Shelter Group<\/a><\/strong> to Uniq Project<\/a>,<\/strong> a Geneva-based international group specializing in the management of renowned brands. Groupe Shelter chose Uniq Project, which already holds the rights to prestigious brands such as Caviar Kaspia, Jo\u00ebl Robuchon, and Beef Bar in Dubai. This transaction marks a crucial step for both groups, and promises to redefine Geneva’s gastronomic scene. Cyril de Bavier, co-founder and Chairman of Groupe Shelter, comments: “We are delighted to announce this transaction, which concludes a unique story and opens an exciting new chapter for the group. Uniq Project has international experience in the experiential foodservice sector, and this collaboration will enable them to leverage our skills while bringing their knowledge to the group to develop our brands internationally”. <\/p>\n
