We see him descend the stairs to the podium, where Gwendal Poullennec hands him a chef&#8217;s jacket with the coveted red macaron embroidered on it. After winning a star at the FiskeBar in the H\u00f4tel de la Paix &#8211; Ritz Carlton, he&#8217;s back again as a chef, but this time as the owner of his own <g id=\"gid_0\"><g id=\"gid_1\">Auberge de Lucinges<\/g><\/g>.
