Wishing to develop his career quickly, he chose to stay at his father&#8217;s side, before going into partnership with him and working with the utmost respect for the vines. With this in mind, he began the transition to organic viticulture. It was a positive move, and today the estate is certified organic.   <\/p>\n<p>Damien Mermoud has very clear ideas about every choice he makes, no doubt thanks to his childhood spent on the family wine estate, but also to the rock sounds that give him panache and conviction. During the grape harvest, he draws his energy from this music, which he shares with us today.
