At the age of 76, the chef decided &#8211; surely reluctantly &#8211; to sell the establishment that had made him a household name throughout Switzerland. But against all odds, Amandine Pivault and Antoine Gonnet (the previous tenants) declared bankruptcy after eighteen months of operation. &#8220;The price is confidential and remains to be discussed with potential buyers.
