On Thursday March 14, starting at 12:15pm, Victor Freiburghaus and Alexandre Jeny will be serving up an anthology menu for the good cause. As you&#8217;re no doubt aware, these two talented chefs at Place des Augustins, despite their young age, already have extensive CVs in terms of Michelin-starred credentials. Alexandre sharpened his knives at the Assiette Champenoise, while Victor worked in the kitchens of the Parisian restaurant l&#8217;Epicure at the H\u00f4tel Bristol. Two French restaurants with three Michelin stars&#8230; that&#8217;s saying a lot!
