After discovering the exciting world of catering in a family setting, he quickly realized that his preference was for wine. He cut his teeth in establishments such as La Ch\u00e8vre d&#8217;Or, Louis XV and La M\u00f4me, before moving to Geneva in 2022.  <\/p>\n<p>Since then, he&#8217;s been proud to work at Inda Bar, an Indian fusion restaurant where the challenge is to introduce wine to finely spiced dishes.
