In the space of a few hours, the web of toques went up in flames following the announcement of the acquisition of a stake by the <g id=\"gid_0\"><g id=\"gid_1\">Groupe Gardinier<\/g><\/g> in the share capital of<g id=\"gid_2\"><g id=\"gid_3\">Oustau de Baumani\u00e8re<\/g><\/g>. Jean-Andr\u00e9 Charial, the owner of the premises and the main interested party, rectifies the situation in an interview on the H\u00f4tellerie et Restauration website, stating that he has entered into a new partnership with the group that owns Taillevent and Drouant in Paris, and Les Cray\u00e8res in Reims. &#8220;I<g id=\"gid_4\"> &#8216;<\/g> m still 80% owner, except that I&#8217;ve changed my minority partner from my brothers to the Gardinier group.
