For this month&#8217;s B\u00e1nh M\u00ec, the founders of <g id=\"gid_0\">B\u00e1nh M\u00ec<\/g> in Eaux-Vives, Vanessa and Pierre, collaborate with chef Jeremy Hugli of <g id=\"gid_1\">Caf\u00e9 de la Paix<\/g> to create a banh mi that&#8217;s more than gourmet.
