Initially a ma\u00eetre d&#8217;h\u00f4tel in the French Navy, she later took charge of service at the residence of the Atlantic maritime prefect. In 2016, she became head manager of the Breizh Caf\u00e9 brasserie in Brest. A move took her to Geneva, and more precisely to Carouge in 2021, where she was hired as chef de rang at Le Flacon and room manager at Qu&#8217;Importe. In 2023, she settles down at Restaurant 23 and, alongside chef Lo\u00efc Magnier, breathes new life into the place.
