After starting out with Claude Legras at Auberge Le Floris in Ani\u00e8res, he joined<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bristol.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H\u00f4tel Bristol<\/a> in Geneva in 2004. Having risen through the ranks and held a number of positions within the hotel establishment, he has been Room Manager since May.
