A &#8220;gastronomic teaser&#8221; announcing the forthcoming spring menu, which will feature other galette-based creations, including Khachapuri. A Georgian culinary specialty, this revisited Eastern open calzone is made with feta, Gruy\u00e8re, an egg and a few pistachios. All made with sourdough dough, of course.
