While <a href=\"https:\/\/amoiel.us4.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=6668a99ad9c09ba1d5d6cdf80&amp;id=2b42bdc138&amp;e=d1df72abf0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kozan<\/a> may not be new to some of you, it was to me recently. What a joy to sit down at the counter of this Japanese restaurant located behind the Cornavin train station. In addition to a magnificent sushi menu, I was seduced by a gourmet and generous dish par excellence: lacquered eel fillets served on a bed of rice.
