It was in mid-summer 2021 that they decided to take the plunge and quit their respective jobs to dedicate themselves entirely to this project. Quickly joined by Vincent Luzuy, the duo became a trio. After countless hours of debate, they came up with a down-to-earth, familiar and regressive concept that returns to the roots of the &#8220;Burger joint&#8221;, all in an endearing setting, while offering high-quality products supplied only by local partners.
