Axel Caubet at <a href=\"https:\/\/amoiel.us4.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=6668a99ad9c09ba1d5d6cdf80&amp;id=a79e766012&amp;e=d1df72abf0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pompette<\/a> specializes in &#8220;champagnes de vignerons&#8221; and works exclusively with &#8220;r\u00e9coltants-manipulants&#8221; (i.e., the estate has complete control over its production, from vine cultivation to champagne production).<br\/>Let&#8217;s start the year with <a href=\"https:\/\/amoiel.us4.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=6668a99ad9c09ba1d5d6cdf80&amp;id=3113ca86bb&amp;e=d1df72abf0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marx-Coutelas<\/a> champagnes, established in Venteuil in the heart of the Marne Valley since the 17th century. Passed down from generation to generation with respect for the living and protection of biodiversity. Smooth, almost creamy, spherical and deep, with lightly toasted saline notes, the champagne from these two cuv\u00e9es has a superb mouthfeel and readability.
