Its founder, Romain Oeggerli, presents us with this month&#8217;s kebab, featuring chicken marinated in Chasselas, mustard and pepper, accompanied by a homemade r\u00f6sti patty, raclette cheese (from the <g id=\"gid_1\">Les Haud\u00e8res cheese dairy<\/g>), a few vegetable pickles and arugula, all topped with a pepper, mustard and honey sauce and encased in crispy pita bread.
