Alongside chef Thibaud Bouttin, who has flown in from Marseille especially for the occasion, Konstantinos Kamperis and his entire retinue look forward to welcoming you on January 24 for the &#8220;Challenge Bouillabaisse&#8221;. This event is part of the celebration of bouillabaisse&#8217;s inclusion on UNESCO&#8217;s World Heritage List. To make the evening even more wonderful, the jury will be made up of top chefs, food critics and influential personalities from the culinary world. Their deliberations will shed unique light on the cultural and gustatory dimensions of this emblematic dish.
