Continuing their quest for the ultimate smash burger, the merry duo have decided to bring homemade chicken nuggets to the table. With a drastic selection of poultry, they oscillate gustatively between juicy and flavorful chicken. Bathed overnight in Ribot milk to tenderize them further, the nuggets &#8211; previously mixed &#8211; are breaded&#8230; twice. &#8220;That&#8217;s for the crispiness,&#8221; Lucas explains over the phone. You&#8217;ll have to wait a little longer to taste these little marvels&#8230; menu launch planned for January 20.
