David Devel is still with us. Against all odds, he takes over the kitchens at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/fr\/geneva\/rhone-river\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Mandarin Oriental<\/strong><\/a> as Executive Chef. Swapping his white kitchen jacket for a black one (to reflect the colors of his new employer), the former disciple of Guy Savoy has the onerous task of rekindling the flame in the hotel&#8217;s kitchens after the departure of Laurent Wozniak. For several months now, he has been in charge of banquets, catering, roomservice and the bar.
