In this new vintage, the <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/ch\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Michelin Guide<\/strong><\/a> Thai version boasts 462 establishments, including for the first time a three-star restaurant. As for the rest, seven two-star establishments and 28 one-star establishments (including five new arrivals) make up the rest of the ranking, with a total of 270 restaurants recommended by the red guide, 20 of which are located in Chon Buri, a new destination in this eighth Thai selection. Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Guide, commented: &#8220;The inspectors awarded three stars to <a href=\"https:\/\/sornfinesouthern.com\/#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Sorn<\/strong><\/a>with talented chef-owner Supaksorn &#8220;Ice&#8221; Jongsiri at the helm. The year 2025 thus marks a turning point for Thailand, which now occupies a place of choice on the international gastronomic scene.
