This former &#8220;soldier&#8221; of the Brasserie Lipp is a seasoned professional who needs no introduction. This soccer enthusiast has taken to answering the phone on a daily basis with the following phrase: &#8220;I&#8217;m sorry, but we&#8217;re fully booked&#8221;, so much so that the establishment next to the train station continues to defy the laws of time in Geneva&#8217;s restaurant scene.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To put it bluntly, Hans Chobert is a true professional. He knows his guests and knows how to recognize a loyal and demanding clientele. Social networks and reality TV continue to pamper the world of the kitchen, while failing to highlight the equally important world of service. Like so many other poets in the dining room, the Bologna&#8217;s director doesn&#8217;t take offense&#8230; he wouldn&#8217;t have the time anyway.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the past few months, a number of new recruits have joined the Bologna-based club. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebologne.com\/accueil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Bologna<\/strong><\/a>. In addition to the daily pressures of a grueling job, room service is also a training ground. Hans Chobert&#8217;s vocation is to pass on his knowledge to a younger generation, some of whom still have the courage to embrace this vocation.
