With Benjamin Lanta in the dining room and Quentin Chasseray in the kitchen, a gentle renewal is subtly taking shape in the banking district. In this luminous arcade, the exposed stone walls and modern chandeliers are an unqualified success. Equally suited to a business lunch or a get-together with friends, this elegant &#8220;little&#8221; brasserie honestly has it all.   <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centerpiece<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a long stint at the Bologna, Benjamin Lanta is back on the Geneva gastronomic scene. Manager of the Safre dining room, this young service talent is an invaluable asset to the smooth running of both lunchtime and evening services. With a bistro-style menu that respects seasonal produce, the titles are appealing. We were seduced by the snack of scallops, candied salsify and hollandaise sauce with yellow wine. As mentioned to the chef, we regret the small size of the plates, which unbalances the presentation. As a suggested starter, vol-au-vent can also be enjoyed as a main course.
