On Wednesday March 19, from 7.30pm, guests will be welcomed to chef Jacopo Romagnoli&#8217;s gastronomic stronghold by Burgundy estate Vincent Dancer and Porte Rouge, Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape&#8217;s new rising star. We&#8217;ve already learned that a Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru La Roman\u00e9e will be paired with wild fish braised by the chef. At Domaine Porte Rouge, winemaker Justine F\u00e9raud will be offering three cuv\u00e9es for tasting, two of which are parcel wines (one 100% Grenache produced in 600 units, and one 100% Syrah produced in 300 units on the Piedlong terroirs).
