The three-starred chef from Marseille and the leader in catering for exceptional venues and events will offer a culinary experience in keeping with the Mucem&#8217;s identity and values: Mediterranean, lively and popular. Restaurant J4 (final name to be announced), with its breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and the Cathedral de la Major, will embody the spirit of a Marseilles bouillon celebrating Mediterranean cuisine, with a menu designed by Alexandre Mazzia. Opening is scheduled for autumn 2025. La Terrasse, a friendly, accessible space dedicated to street food, will offer gourmet creations and echo the emblematic offering of the famous &#8220;Michel par AM&#8221; foodtruck, well known to Marseillais. This unique experience will be available from summer onwards, with counter service.
