Tom Hutrel has arrived at 26, boulevard du Pont d&#8217;Arve &#8211; is that really surprising? Formerly Jacopo Romagnoli&#8217;s second-in-command at Caf\u00e9 de la Plage &#8211; and now chef following Romagnoli&#8217;s departure &#8211; Tom Hutrel joins and confirms his participation in the Gallo adventure. With this major recruit, Jacopo continues to expand the ranks behind the stoves of his new restaurant.
