Never short of ideas, this cheerful duo lit up the place all last year with some of the most original and original collaborations. So why stop there? Today, they are delighted to welcome Patrick Nguyen for a seven-week residency. Since his last visit to Geneva, the chef has multiplied his residencies abroad and explored new inspirations all over the world. Before finally settling down in Vietnam this spring, he returns to our beautiful Cit\u00e9 de Calvin to share a touch as personal and daring as ever. Revisiting traditions with passion, he ingeniously blends the flavors of Southeast Asia and Europe.
