The objective of this metamorphosis is clear: to combine modernity with respect for the traditions that are the soul of Lipp. The kitchen, the heart of the brasserie, will be completely refurbished with state-of-the-art equipment. The dining room, meanwhile, will benefit from a freshening-up of the paintwork and woodwork, while retaining its emblematic ambience and historic frescoes. Brasserie Lipp will reopen its doors in spring 2025, still within Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Centre. Diners will then be able to rediscover this legendary venue, rejuvenated but true to its original spirit.
