Do you know the Tablard<\/strong><\/a> ?<\/span> <\/span>\u00c0<\/span> <\/span>On the corner of rue Saint-Joseph, this friendly restaurant has<\/span> <\/span>the end of its nose in October 2024 and is already a real success. Meet the man who brings the restaurant to life with his lilting accent straight from Milan!<\/span> Mattia’s passion for catering goes back to his university days. A real ball of energy, he got his start in a well-known Trattoria<\/span> <\/span>\u00e0<\/span> <\/span>Milan, where he ended up as manager. During his thirteen years with the establishment, his love of the trade <\/span>confirmed <\/span>\u00e0<\/span> <\/span>through customer interaction, dynamics and variability.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He arrives with his family<\/span> <\/span>in our beautiful city of Calvin in the midst of a health crisis. Eager to work, he began his career in Geneva <\/span> <\/span>\u00e0<\/span> <\/span>Osteria La Bottega to continue in a neighborhood bistro<\/span> <\/span>\u00e0<\/span> <\/span>Florissant.<\/span> It was in 2022 that he met Martin Burrus, the owner of Le Tablard. The alchemy worked, and Mattia played an important part in the success of the company.<\/span> <\/span>\u00e0<\/span> development<\/span> of the project: work<\/span> <\/span>\u00e0<\/span> <\/span>the creation of the concept. The future director of the restaurant is not only present in the dining room, he has also been a pillar of the restaurant from the outset. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
