Paul Marcon wins the golden statuette, 30 years after his father R\u00e9gis Marcon. The young French chef, who is no stranger to competitions, won over the jury by highlighting his region&#8217;s gastronomic heritage with a plate that combined the required products (celery, lean meats and lobster) with green apples and chartreuse. As for the platter theme, Paul winked at his origins by using mushrooms in all the preparations on his platter.
