Now <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrot-minims.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Bisrot Minim&#8217;s<\/strong><\/a> under the impetus of artistic director Cord\u00e9lia de Castellane, this iconic establishment now offers a more authentic Parisian bistro experience while keeping one foot in the present. Bistrot Minim&#8217;s celebrates the classics of French gastronomy, with a generous, tasty menu that will delight Parisians and tourists alike &#8211; Burgundy snails, lentil salad and Morteau sausage, beef onglet with shallots and French fries, stuffed cabbage &#8211; and a selection of homemade desserts, such as the famous tarte Tatin or profiteroles.
