After its first opening in London in 2002, Japanese restaurant chain Zuma<\/strong><\/a> has gone from strength to strength all over the world. From Miami to Dubai, via Hong Kong and Rome, the concept imagined by the tandem Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney arrives at the Hotel Byblos<\/strong><\/a> in Saint-Tropez, scheduled to open in May 2025. Located at the bottom of the steps leading to the temple of Tropezian nights, Les Caves du Roy, and the palace’s swimming pool, Zuma will be a must-see destination for the coming summer season. While retaining its atmosphere and musical ambience, the restaurant will offer some of the classics that have made its reputation, as well as more contemporary Japanese cuisine. “The location and the hotel’s reputation as the most iconic and dynamic in the region perfectly reflect Zuma’s philosophy,” says Raider Becker. “Saint-Tropez was a natural choice for Zuma’s next outpost on the Riviera.
