Over the past year, the legendary hotel has made a strategic shift, focusing on authenticity and opening its backstage doors to its community. Last year, to mark the 60 \u1d49 anniversary of this iconic hotel, a series of videos honored the talents that have brought it to life, strengthening the bond between the establishment and its community. The beginning of this year marks a particularly moving moment: Nicolas Genuardi, the InterContinental Gen\u00e8ve&#8217;s emblematic Clefs d&#8217;Or concierge for forty years, is retiring. To celebrate this exceptional event, a video full of tenderness and emotion was produced by the hotel&#8217;s marketing teams, set to the music of Jean-Jacques Goldman. Released on social networks last Friday, the video set off a veritable tidal wave.
