This small arcade on Boulevard Georges-Favon offers an intimate space and hides tempting gourmet suggestions at lunchtime. Delicious sandwiches, salads and desserts enliven the menu of this little culinary delight located on a busy thoroughfare. Romain Bortolotti is one of the founders, alongside Charlotte de Benedetti and Charlotte Hennessy<span class=\"ydp1d070ba0yiv3012947969apple-converted-space\">. A former sommelier at Serge Labrosse&#8217;s Chaumi\u00e8re and director of Refettorio Geneva with Walter El Nagar, Romain has embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure and is one of those young people who dare to try.
