A showcase for the distribution company bearing the same name, the restaurant will benefit from the expertise of a team of passionate selectors offering products from exciting producers to sharp, cutting-edge chefs in French-speaking Switzerland. This gastronomic evolution will continue to honor Iberian and Mediterranean cuisine based on exceptional products selected from around the globe. Expect marine surprises such as Denia red shrimp, green sea urchins, XXL diving knives and Balfego Mediterranean bluefin tuna.
