After the purchase of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beau-rivage.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Beau-Rivage<\/strong><\/a> by the Casacuberta family in 2021, the hotel&#8217;s management has announced the temporary closure of its gourmet restaurant Le Chat-Bott\u00e9 from Sunday April 13 for renovation work. To mark the end of this phase, Le Chat-Bott\u00e9 invites guests to experience a unique week just before the restaurant closes. A signature menu honoring chef Mathieu Croze&#8217;s signature dishes will be offered on April 10, 11 and 12. On the final evening, Saturday 12, this exceptional dinner will also feature an immersive behind-the-scenes tour of the restaurant, allowing guests to discover the premises from an unprecedented angle. For this closing evening, guests will be welcomed into the historic cellar of the H\u00f4tel Beau-Rivage, where they will be offered an aperitif to start the experience.
