From May onwards, the chef of Menton&#8217;s Mirazur restaurant will be responsible for the entire restaurant offering at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.villamirae-capantibes.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Villa Mira\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> (ex-Imp\u00e9rial Garoupe) in Antibes. Following an ambitious renovation project, the establishment is moving towards sustainable gastronomy, from the bar and restaurants to the pool and breakfast areas. Under the chef&#8217;s direction, two new restaurant concepts will emerge. First, there will be &#8220;Amarines by Mauro Colagreco&#8221;, a gastronomic moment of some 50 covers. The hotel&#8217;s flagship restaurant will feature simple products from sustainable agriculture and responsible fishing.
