After several years at the helm of the<a href=\"https:\/\/aubergedevandoeuvres.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Auberge de Vandoeuvres<\/strong><\/a>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Fert and Mich\u00e8le Reichenbach pass the torch to Marc Levanti. A graduate of the \u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Glion, this young entrepreneur is passionate about the restaurant business. After working at the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong, the Intercontinental in Montreal and the Kempinsky Hotel in Malta, he took over the Tour Carr\u00e9 restaurant in Cologny and the Baboo Comptoir Corse in downtown Geneva in 2023. Keen to preserve traditions and maintain the Auberge&#8217;s gastronomic focus, he has chosen to offer classic brasserie dishes that have been slightly updated. For visiting gourmets, you&#8217;ll soon be able to enjoy sole meuni\u00e8re, as well as fine pieces of barbecued mature beef or tuna tataki. As for the team, Marc Levanti can count on the support of Gabriel Yvan in the dining room and Dylan Dehedin in the kitchen.
