This could be one (of many) leitmotifs that Marc Popper, founder of the <a href=\"https:\/\/bombar.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Bombar<\/strong><\/a>. Question, question, try, sometimes make mistakes, undertake&#8230; in short, dare! For some time now, the owner has been asking himself certain questions and observing developments in the Geneva restaurant world. After 6 years of loyal service at Place des Augustins, he and his team decided to close on Tuesday evenings and open for lunch on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. &#8220;With the takeover of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/marius.baravin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Marius<\/strong><\/a> just opposite, it&#8217;s important that the two establishments complement each other. For customers and staff alike, it&#8217;s all a question of balance. On a more personal level, we also wanted a bit of a change,&#8221; says Marc Popper, who also announces the return of gourmet and wine collaborations on Saturday lunchtimes. As for lunches during the week, chefs Victor Freiburghaus, Alexandre Jeny and Maude Pothieux are planning a weekly menu, in addition to a few proposals on their evening menu.
