The new hotel complements the Group&#8217;s Grand Pigalle and Grands Boulevards establishments in Paris, as well as its hotels in Verbier, London, Ibiza, Venice, Menorca, Biarritz, Cotswolds and Val d&#8217;Is\u00e8re earlier this year. The hotel features 43 rooms, a cocktail bar, spa, swimming pool, and a &#8220;Temple &amp; Chapon&#8221; restaurant run by chef M\u00e9lanie Serre. Having cut her teeth with Jo\u00ebl Robuchon, she revisits the great classics of American cuisine, infusing them with her own touch of French elegance.
