Alongside chef Francesca Fucci from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiskebar.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Fiskebar<\/strong><\/a>the entire brigade of the <a href=\"https:\/\/chateauvieux.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Domaine de Ch\u00e2teauvieux<\/strong><\/a> from Satigny for the occasion. Inspired by the childhood memories of the four chefs, this dinner will celebrate the memory of taste: from Puglia for Francesca Fucci, to Geneva for Philippe Chevrier, via Brittany and Normandy for Fran\u00e7ois Periers and Portugal for Manuel Pereira. Between tradition and creativity, this gastronomic encounter will sublimate seasonal products, magnified by the talent and sensitivity of the chefs to offer a sensory experience as intimate as it is exceptional. After tasting a foie gras royale with mango chutney and pineapple jelly, a bouch\u00e9e \u00e0 la reine with sweetbreads, langoustines and candied salsify awaits you. <em>Fusillone<\/em>, <em>cime di rapa<\/em>, anchovies and black garlic go head to head with hay-smoked lamb, morels stuffed with wild garlic and green asparagus.
