After the success of the first edition, Rapha\u00ebl G\u00e9taz is once again launching his Festival V\u00e9g\u00e9tal in his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.j-d-c.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Gardens of Chivrageon<\/strong><\/a>. For this second edition, he&#8217;s pulling out all the stops, bringing in six chefs and six stands, each representing five vegetables and one fruit, for six gourmet stops around the estate. Each chef will set up his or her nomadic kitchen and sublimate the ingredient that was grown in that particular spot! Beyond the theory, Rapha\u00ebl offers you a real experience from seed to plate at the heart of his crops. Believe me, they&#8217;re really looking forward to creating this festival alongside Benjamin Deschamps &amp; Nathalie Cruchon (D\u00e9Ci Comptoir Gourmand), R\u00e9my Tranchida (chef and author), Aur\u00e9lien Guala (Amarante), Margaux Grange-Stepczynski (La Betsch), Thibaut Honajzer (The Sweet Sage P\u00e2tisserie) for the sweetness and Maryline Taurian (Cave Clair-Obscur) will sublimate this stroll with her tuning!
