Recently reopened after a few weeks&#8217; refurbishment, Italian gourmet restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tosca-geneva.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Tosca<\/strong><\/a> is back with a vengeance for new culinary adventures. Structured like a Puccini opera, the tasting menu, which will bear the name Tosca, will evolve regularly with the seasons and new arrivals. Each dish will represent an act. An overture, a first part, a break (from the menu), a second part, a second break, a third part and the grand finale. We&#8217;re looking forward to those little changes that make all the difference and stimulate the creativity of seasoned chefs.
