Guy Ravet, President of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesgrandestablesdesuisse.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Grandes Tables suisses<\/strong><\/a>We were able to encourage the exchange of experience between different regions and generations, thus contributing to the promotion of Swiss haute gastronomy. The Grandes Tables suisses is committed to both national and international development, with a focus on sustainability, local products and the training of young talent. Members share an exceptional team spirit and pursue high standards of service, while cultivating conviviality and art de vivre. In Geneva, the new members are Jean-Marc and Robin Bessire of Le Cigalon, Yoann Calou\u00e9 of Caf\u00e9 des Banques and Dominique Gauthier of F. P.
