The complex houses <span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>104 rooms<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> and suites, <\/span>two restaurants,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>two bars, and a range of modular event spaces. Philippe Starck calls it <i>&#8220;<\/i>Spartan<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><i> <\/i><\/span><em>Spartan luxury<\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><i> <\/i><\/span>&#8220;<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">where every detail tells of a possible world, where every element is a key to a larger enigma<\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">. Two dining areas extend this modern hotel immersion. On the first floor<i>, <\/i><\/span><em>La Cuisine de Rose<\/em><i>,<\/i> named after Manfred&#8217;s idealized love, is a romantic brasserie. The architect has created a comforting universe: white ceramics, touches of pink, carbon furniture and an origami airplane on the ceiling. The restaurant opens onto a   <span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>terrace, a haven of light and greenery<i>. <\/i><em>La Maison de Manfred<\/em><i>,<\/i><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> meanwhile, is a <\/span>dining room suspended<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> at the top of the hotel.
