On the walls of the restaurant, an exhibition changes every month to showcase local artists and introduce them to customers. If you&#8217;re lucky enough to get there in fine weather, you can take advantage of the superb terrace and enjoy a Pico&#8217;Lunch in the sun or in the shade of the large sail. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the various dishes, each more tempting than the last, is Ginette, a perfectly roasted eggplant with melting flesh, topped with a delicious baba ganoush, a dollop of cottage cheese and chopped spinach leaves for a touch of freshness. The whole thing rests on ras el-hanout rice, the perfect base. The combination works perfectly, bringing out the Mediterranean flavors that tantalize our taste buds.
