It&#8217;s official: he&#8217;s joining the ranks of talent at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/fr\/geneva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Four Seasons<\/strong><\/a> as Director of Sommellerie. His career has taken him to the four corners of the globe: he has held key positions in renowned restaurants and luxury hotels in Paris, London, Melbourne, Lausanne and Cambodia, notably during his formative years in the Michelin-starred restaurants of the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. At the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, he is responsible for all the hotel&#8217;s catering facilities, including the Michelin-starred Il Lago and Izumi restaurants, as well as the Bar des Bergues and the hotel&#8217;s event spaces.
