Not keeping up? Never mind, I&#8217;ll give you a quick rundown. While the Helvetian chef based at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elevenmadisonpark.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Eleven Madison Park<\/strong><\/a> in New York was advocating a 100% vegan menu until last week, he has just reinstated meat on his menu. U-turn? I&#8217;ve no idea, as the restaurant (unfortunately) hasn&#8217;t phoned me to let me know. Another time&#8230; or not. Alain Passard, on the other hand, is making the opposite journey; after being the first to offer a 100% vegan menu, he returned to meat a few years ago, only to withdraw it a few weeks ago in order to become vegan in his turn. Do you follow? Back to Manhattan, where the chef specifies that he will keep a vegan menu, but that his guests will once again be able to enjoy fish, meat and YES! his legendary honey and lavender lacquered duck.
