Not wasting a moment, the owner, Quentin Verne, decided to invite chef Philippe Deslarzes of the Michelin-starred restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njorden.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Nj\u00f8rden<\/strong><\/a> in Aubonne. The chef will exceptionally leave his kitchens for the occasion to prepare an eight-sequence Scandinavian-inspired gourmet menu. Prepared by the Alter and Nj\u00f8rden teams, food and beverage pairings will of course be developed in this special context at each stage of the menu. Please note, dear epicureans, that this unique dinner will be served to twenty privileged guests.
