In order to continue this wonderful human adventure, the duo are looking for new people to fill key positions in their restaurant. In the kitchen, a chef de partie would be a welcome addition to support the chef. Mastery of cooking techniques and raw materials, with experience of working in both Michelin-starred establishments and elegant, well-known bistros. For the dining room, the tandem is looking for a head waiter with a perfect sense of welcome and service, and a good knowledge of the wine world. &#8220;With a region rich in references and a clientele eager for good, fine wines, this is a very important asset for us&#8221;, says Thibaud Gardette.
