Under a magnificent summer sun, imagine this famous table set in the heart of the vineyards, bringing together over 400 guests to enjoy a 100% home-cooked meal&#8230; all prepared with local produce. In the heart of Troinex, the vineyards of La <a href=\"https:\/\/maisonforte.ch\/vignoble-la-pierre-aux-dames-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Pierre-aux-Dames vineyard<\/strong><\/a> in the heart of Troinex. In the kitchen, chef Mohammed Ali will be concocting the menu of the day, based on local produce. For this first edition, he has created a festive menu featuring GRTA-labeled products, with a special focus on vegetarian creations.
